Our Approach

Engineering Methodology

A structured, phase-driven approach that transforms your vision into a fully compliant, operational production facility — on time and within budget.

Phase-by-Phase

Our 7-Phase Project Delivery Model

Every INOATECH project follows a proven, structured methodology designed to minimize risk, ensure compliance, and deliver results on schedule.

Phase01
Week 1–2

Discovery & Needs Assessment

We begin every project with a deep-dive discovery session. Our engineers and consultants meet with your team to understand your production goals, regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and timeline expectations.

Key Activities

  • Stakeholder interviews & requirement gathering
  • Regulatory framework identification (FDA, EMA, WHO, TİTCK)
  • Site evaluation and feasibility assessment
  • Preliminary capacity and space analysis
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning
Phase02
Week 3–6

Concept Design & Master Planning

Based on discovery findings, we develop a comprehensive concept design that defines the spatial layout, material and personnel flows, and GMP zoning strategy. This phase is the most critical — getting it right here prevents costly changes later.

Key Activities

  • GMP-compliant facility layout concept
  • Material flow & personnel flow diagrams
  • Cleanroom classification mapping
  • Utility zone planning (HVAC, water, electrical)
  • Concept design review and client approval
Phase03
Week 7–16

Detailed Engineering

With the concept approved, our multidisciplinary engineering team produces full construction-ready documentation across all disciplines. Every drawing and specification is cross-checked against applicable regulations before release.

Key Activities

  • Architectural & structural drawings
  • Mechanical & HVAC engineering packages
  • Electrical, instrumentation & automation design
  • P&ID diagrams and equipment datasheets
  • Regulatory compliance review of all documents
Phase04
Week 10–20

Procurement & Manufacturing

We manage the sourcing and manufacturing of all required equipment and systems. Custom machines are designed and built in-house or with trusted partners, while standard equipment is sourced from qualified international suppliers.

Key Activities

  • Equipment specification and vendor qualification
  • Custom machine design and fabrication
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
  • Supplier audits and quality control
  • Logistics and delivery coordination
Phase05
Week 16–28

Construction & Installation

Our team supervises and coordinates all construction and installation activities, ensuring that the built environment matches the engineering design precisely. We act as the technical authority on-site throughout this phase.

Key Activities

  • Construction supervision and quality control
  • Cleanroom and utility system installation
  • Equipment installation and alignment
  • Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • Punch list management and close-out
Phase06
Week 26–32

Validation & Commissioning

Before handover, every system and process is rigorously validated and commissioned. We prepare all validation documentation required for regulatory submissions and ensure your facility is inspection-ready from day one.

Key Activities

  • IQ / OQ / PQ validation protocols and execution
  • HVAC and cleanroom performance qualification
  • Process equipment validation
  • Validation summary reports
  • Regulatory submission support
Phase07
Week 32+

Handover & Operational Support

We do not simply hand over the keys and walk away. INOATECH provides structured operational support, staff training, and ongoing technical assistance to ensure your team is fully equipped to run the facility at peak performance.

Key Activities

  • As-built documentation package
  • Operator and maintenance training
  • SOP development support
  • Post-handover technical helpdesk
  • Continuous improvement consulting
Core Principles

What Guides Every Project

Six engineering principles that define how INOATECH approaches every project — from the first meeting to final handover.

Compliance First

Every design decision is evaluated against applicable GMP, FDA, EMA, and WHO standards before it is finalized. Regulatory compliance is never an afterthought — it is built into the foundation of every project.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

Our engineers, process specialists, and regulatory consultants work as a unified team. Cross-discipline coordination eliminates gaps, reduces rework, and ensures every aspect of the facility is aligned.

Data-Driven Decisions

We rely on capacity models, flow simulations, and risk assessments — not assumptions. Every recommendation is backed by engineering data and industry benchmarks.

Scalability by Design

Facilities are designed with future growth in mind. We plan utility headroom, modular layouts, and expansion zones so your facility can scale without costly redesigns.

Full Transparency

Clients receive regular progress updates, milestone reports, and open access to all project documentation. We believe informed clients make better decisions.

On-Time Delivery

Our phased project model includes built-in schedule buffers and risk mitigation checkpoints to protect your timeline and ensure predictable delivery.
